FORT WORTH, TX – June 27, 2016 – Sagora Senior Living, a Fort Worth company operating 24 communities throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama and Florida, today welcomes Todd Lettman as the new Senior Regional Culinary Specialist.
A proven leader and mentor of culinary teams, Chef Lettman has over 20 years of experience, many of those in a healthcare or senior living setting. Most recently Todd was a Director of Food and Nutrition Services for a large acute care company. He has successfully developed and directed dining programs for all levels of care — Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care menus.
