He has successfully developed and directed dining programs for all levels of care — Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care menus.

“We are excited to add Todd Lettman to the Sagora Senior Living family,” stated Dara Brown, Vice President, “His extensive culinary background will bring abundant enhancements to our communities and our Culinary department within the company.”

Sagora understands that dining is one of the most important aspects of a resident’s day and makes it a point to listen to their preferences. At times, a resident’s favorite recipe may be incorporated into the menu to ensure that foods loved most are being served. Under the direction of Chef Lettman, this program will continue to not only offer healthy choices, but also serve dishes that surprise and delight residents for many years to come.
