COVID-19 Update – April 17, 2020

As of April 9, 2020, we had a resident test positive for COVID-19. This resident has been quarantined away from the community and we can report that they are doing well. We have been working diligently to ensure the safety and health of our residents and associates as we work to mitigate any potential spread of the virus. At this time, we are relieved to report that we are unaware of any other presumptive or positive cases of COVID-19 at our community.

Thank you for your understanding that each effort, detail and action put into place is for the health and safety of our residents and associates.

We will continue to prohibit families, volunteers and non-essential providers from visiting as put into effect on Friday, March 13, 2020. Our residents are still staying in their apartments for care, service and meals per our previous protocols put into place on March 20, 2020. As of April 8, 2020, we are also requiring all associates and essential visitors to always wear surgical masks and other Personal Protective Equipment when in the community.

We’d like to thank all of you for your continued support and encouragement. Your heartfelt notes, e-mails and messages are so uplifting to our entire team. We’re all in this together and we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Stay safe and be well.
