Living Options

A bountiful list of comforts and conveniences are built right in to Ansel Park Senior Living. From our beautifully landscaped courtyard environments and chef-prepared meals in the restaurant-style dining areas, to the private salon, pub and fitness center, you are sure to have just what you need—right here at home. We also will offer aquatics programs, movies, community outings, chauffeured transportation and health and wellness activities. Family members will want to join you for our live entertainment programs.

Construction of this rustic design concept is underway! The 14.29-acre campus will house the following:

  • 14 independent living rental cottage homes
  • 130 independent living apartment homes
  • 60 assisted living apartments
  • 22 memory care apartments

Ansel Park’s signature programming, five-star amenities, unparalleled care and socially active cultures redefine retirement in communities across the United States. Rocklin will enhance our portfolio of 35 senior living communities, boasting the same earth-inspired designs and scenic landscapes. Added features include outdoor walking trails and sidewalks, innovative dog parks, raised community garden beds and fenced-in private backyards. Ansel Park will deliver the benefits of a social and healthy lifestyle many retirees have come to expect.

Because we will be a pet-friendly community, Independent Living and Assisted Living residents can bring their furry friend with them to live at Ansel Park Senior Living. And it’s easy for our Memory Care residents to take advantage of the pet therapy programs we will offer.

When complete, the Memory Care living areas will offer a sense of peace, dignity and a high standard of specialized care to our residents experiencing Alzheimer’s, dementia and other memory-related diseases.

The senior living campus will be located at 1200 Orchid Drive near University Avenue and William Jessup University in the Placer Creek development.
