As of January 18, we have an Assisted Living associate and a Memory Care associate at the community who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Per the requirements of the CDC, local health department and our own protocols, associates who receive a positive result and have mild symptoms will be quarantined and not return to work until they are fever and symptom free, without the use of fever-reducing medications, for at least two days and not until it has been at least 10 days since symptoms first appeared.
As of the time of this statement, we are not aware of any other residents or associates with a possible or positive case of COVID-19. As of April 8, 2020, we require all associates and essential visitors to always wear surgical masks and other Personal Protective Equipment when in the community. We will continue to post updates as they arise via social media and internal communications with our associates, residents and their responsible parties.
