Sagora Senior Living is closely monitoring the current winter storm warnings in South Texas. To be certain our residents in the Houston, San Antonio and New Braunfels areas are protected, we activated a shelter-in-place management system for those communities. This means our associates will remain on site to engage in continuous care for our residents until the weather situation improves. Additional members of our corporate team are now in the areas ready to assist residents and associates while they remain indoors away from the icy conditions.
At this time, there are no power outages in any community and the communities have planned for a continuum of communications, food, medical supplies and added associates for additional support throughout the duration of any potential storm situations.
We will continue to update Sagora’s social media sites to keep you informed about how the weather is impacting our South Texas communities. As a reminder, the communities are currently operational and residents can be contacted by their families and friends. If family members or other parties are seeking information regarding a specific community in the winter weather impact area, you will need to contact our Sagora Senior Living corporate executive directly at 817-916-5907.
We appreciate everyone’s thoughts and prayers for the safety and well-being of our Sagora residents and associates. Additional information will be made available as needed through our primary social media site https://www.facebook.com/SagoraSeniorLiving/.
