We are mitigating this concern by taking active and aggressive steps to prevent the virus from getting into our communities. At this time, we do not have any active cases affecting our residents or associates. To best protect them, we are now implementing the following precautions. Any non-essential visitors will not be permitted into the community. This includes family members and friends of residents, anyone who leads our guests and entertainment programs, volunteers and vendors who are not deemed essential (hairdressers, therapists, private duty caregivers, etc.). Residents may not leave the community for any reason outside of medical emergencies. All supplies including medications, mail, personal protective equipment, food, etc., will be delivered to the concierge desk and then allocated to the appropriate person\/department. This is not an exhaustive list and it does change day-to-day. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions as needed.
