Sagora Senior Living: COVID-19 Update April 7, 2020

“As of today, we are blessed and proud to have zero presumptive or confirmed cases of COVID-19 in any of our 44 multi-state communities. We are extremely grateful for this and will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC including prohibiting non-essential visitors from entering our communities, keeping our dining rooms closed and delivering meals to our residents’ cottages and apartments in addition to offering an option for meal pick-up, monitoring everyone for symptoms of the virus, encouraging frequent handwashing for at least 20 seconds with soap and water and providing PPE to our associates.

While we understand that these times can be tough and uncertain, we want our residents and their family members to know that we are here for them and consider each of our residents to be family members of our own. We know that it is difficult to not have loved ones visit residents at the community. This is only a temporary situation to best protect our residents from the spread of COVID-19. We are so looking forward to the days of having friends and family come visit again and resuming our outings and large events at the communities. We are happy to report that our residents are all smiles and in high spirits while they make the best out of this unique situation.

Thank you for your continued patience, understanding and for your positive comments and encouragement during this time. It energizes our teams. Thank you for taking the time to encourage.

We will get through this. We are family. We are Sagora.”
