Sagora Senior Living: COVID-19 Update – April 17, 2020

“At this time, we are relieved to report that we are still unaware of any presumptive or confirmed cases of COVID-19 at our community. Our residents are doing well and are looking forward to the days when we can open the community back up for visitors. As a reminder, if you’d like to schedule a virtual chat with your loved one at the community, please call our concierge and we will be happy to set up a session for you.

Thank you for your understanding that each effort, detail and action put into place is for the health and safety of our residents and associates. This is certainly not an ideal situation, but we must continue to follow these protocols to best protect our residents and associates from COVID-19.

We will continue to prohibit families, volunteers and non-essential providers from visiting as put into effect on Friday, March 13, 2020. Our residents are still staying in their apartments for care, service and meals per our previous protocols put into place on March 20, 2020. As of April 8, 2020, we are also requiring all associates and essential visitors to always wear surgical masks and other Personal Protective Equipment when in the community.

We’d like to thank all of you for your continued support and encouragement. Your heartfelt notes, e-mails and messages are so uplifting to our entire team. We’re all in this together and we appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Stay safe and be well.”
