• Head southwest toward I-37 North
• Take TX-286 South/Crosstown Expressway and TX-358 E to South Padre Island Drive
• Take the exit toward Airline Road from TX-358 East
• Continue onto I-37 North
• Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 1C for TX-286/Crosstown Expressway
• Continue onto TX-286 South/Crosstown Expressway
• Use the middle 2 lanes to take the exit toward TX-358 W/Nas-Ccad/Padre Island
• Keep left at the fork, follow signs for TX-358 East/Nas-Ccad/Padre Island and merge onto TX-358 East
• Take the exit toward Airline Road
• Turn right onto Airline Road
