1 pint of ripe strawberries
6 oz. goat cheese
¼ – ½ cup heavy whipping cream
3 basil leaves
1 baguette sliced.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, slice baguette and toast until crispy.
- Whip goat cheese with heavy cream until desired consistency is reached.
- Dice strawberries.
- Top baked baguette slices with goat cheese and strawberries.
- Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
