At Sagora Senior Living, we don’t wait until Earth Day to celebrate our planet. That’s because we’re always on the go, seeing the best of what our local environment has to offer.
Our 61 communities feature lifestyle activities that place an emphasis on enjoying all that nature has to offer. And we’re lucky to be in areas that have plenty of natural beauty.
Here are a few of the ways that our communities have been enjoying the Earth!
Ansel Park Independent Living -Wetlands Walking Club
Ansel Park Independent Living, located in Rocklin, California, is in a beautiful location. Just look at these pictures! They’ve utilized their location for fun trips, such as walks through their local wetlands, leading to some beautiful sights.
A garden can be a beautiful thing. Many of our residents love to garden, so we make sure that they are featured within our communities. Our resident-led gardens are always a huge hit and lead to plenty of smiles. Sometimes they even grow spices that we use in our kitchens!
The Brennity at Melbourne Senior Living – Swamp Tour
Our Florida communities love taking advantage of the unique ecosystem that exists throughout the state, frequently taking marine and swamp tours to see some of the local wildlife. Earlier this year, they visited the local Cruickshank Sanctuary, where they learned about the local birds and efforts to conserve their habitat.
From everyone at our Sagora family, we wish you a Happy Earth Day!
