My name is Jessie Valle and I’m the Creative Director for Sagora Senior Living’s corporate office. I’ve been in the field of design and art direction for 10 years and following my tenure in digital marketing and art direction in new home construction, I found myself in senior living and could not be more thrilled with the impact that I’m able to contribute to an industry so near and dear to my heart. All too often, seniors are overlooked and can feel forgotten. It’s an honor to get to serve as their voice and share their stories – those from the past and those from their current thriving journeys at our communities. We get to ensure that they are seen and feel recognized as important members of our Sagora family.
I was originally hired as a Senior Graphic Designer in May 2018 and was promoted to Creative Director in February 2019.
I feel that our senior management team has an open mind for change in the right direction and talent is not only embraced but fostered from our leadership. Being empowered to strategically build a rockstar team and begin to take our Sagora brand to the next level in an ever-evolving territory of brand space has been a rewarding journey and I am excited to see what the next 10 years will bring.
I love being able to change lives in our senior communities and celebrate the passion Sagora brings to the industry. We translate Sagora’s strength and devotion to quality life through design and messaging, the public face of our core initiatives. It’s essentially designing a subliminal and evocative invitation to our Sagora family and presenting who we are in an advertising world where you have an eight second window/attention span to communicate and engage with your audience.
Branding is paramount for any business, and when done right, will look effortless. The manpower and tedious crafting behind the scenes are astounding and having the opportunity to build this for communities and teams that bring compassion, authenticity and seasoned leadership is what motivates me to craft an unparalleled representation for us.
