Each year, Nurse’s Appreciation Week is celebrated in mid-May. For us at Sagora Senior Living, this week is special. We get to celebrate the associates that help our communities run smoothly, that help our residents thrive each day. That’s why we look forward to this week each year.
Across our communities, numbering more than 60 in 12 different states, we are holding celebrations and giving gifts, honoring each team member. It’s one of the ways that we can show our appreciation.
Our nurses provide invaluable expertise that guides resident care. Because our care plans are individualized, and specifically tailored to fit the unique needs of our residents, they know residents on an individual basis, working tirelessly to ensure that they receive the care that they need in order to live life to the fullest.
Their responsibilities go further than that. At Sagora Senior Living communities, skilled team members administer medication, create wellness programs, support residents with the activities of daily life and communicate with family members. Each day, they utilize a diverse, well-rounded skillset as they work to drive positive change.
