Sagora Senior Living Announces Its Newest Retirement Community in Tulsa

Bellarose has a projected summer 2016 grand opening with 45 independent, 89 assisted living and 23 memory care apartments

Sagora Senior Living’s newest community, Bellarose, will be located at 18001 East 51st St. with independent living, assisted living and memory care living options. Slated for a summer 2016 opening, the 152,528-sq.ft. building will be the second Sagora community in Tulsa.

Bellarose’s amenities will include restaurant-style dining with chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, extensive fitness programs, an underground tornado shelter and full-time nursing and care associates for assisted living and memory care residents.

Bellarose’s memory care community will implement the Sagora Pathways program with individualized dining, daily programs and planned activities tailored around each residents’ needs with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other memory-related diseases.

“The name Bellarose is a combination of Oklahoma’s state flower, the red rose, and bella, meaning beautiful. These words were chosen to highlight the community of Tulsa, and to signify the beauty of our new community,” said Dara Brown, Vice President of Operations and Sales at Sagora.

Bellarose is one of three Sagora communities in Oklahoma. Aberdeen Heights is also located in Tulsa, while The Veraden is located in Edmond, and is projected to open in May 2016.
