FORT WORTH, TX — With the acquisition of Wilshire Senior Living, Sagora Senior Living continues its steady Texas expansion, strengthening its operational presence in the growing Burleson market. The acquisition is slated to be completed on October 16, 2025.
Burleson, TX, is a city located in northern Johnson County and southern Tarrant County in Texas, serving as a southern suburb of Fort Worth and part of the broader Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
The approx. 100-unit community sits on 25 acres at 1600 and 1640 Greenridge Drive. Walking paths circle a stocked fishing pond. Four-story buildings house independent living apartments and cottages with attached garages. Residents in assisted living and memory care move through secure spaces designed for security and independence.
Wilshire opened in 2021 with restaurant-style dining, a theater room, a billiards area, and a full-service salon. The gated property offers pet-friendly living and a continuum of care.
“I think about the residents who will walk through these doors and the families who are trusting us with someone they love,” said Gary Fernandez, VP of Sales for Sagora Senior Living. “Every person who comes here brings a lifetime of relationships and experiences. Our team is now part of their story, and that’s something we hold close as part of our Resident First philosophy. It’s about making sure they feel at home, that they’re cared for, and that they matter.”
Current residents and staff will experience no service interruptions. All programming, dining, and care continue unchanged.
Sagora also operates Heritage Place, communities in Burleson that offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. If publishing online, please include Sagora Senior Living’s website for more information.
