As of August 3, 2020, we have an associate at the community who has tested positive for COVID-19. This associate has not worked in the community since July 23, 2020.
Per the requirements of the CDC, local health department and our own protocols, associates who receive a positive result will be quarantined for 14 days away from the community and will be required to receive two negative test results in addition to not having any symptoms of the virus before returning to work.
As of the time of this statement, we are not aware of any other residents or associates with a possible or positive case of COVID-19. We will continue to prohibit families, volunteers and non-essential providers from visiting as put into effect on Friday, March 13, 2020. As of April 8, 2020, we are also requiring all associates and essential visitors to always wear surgical masks and other Personal Protective Equipment when in the community.
We will continue to post updates as they arise via social media and internal communications with our associates, residents and their responsible parties.
